With the regional map of Yggdrasil being occupied there is no way to avoid mass trade deals with other countries, with that being said, I propose a regional currency to be debated upon for use in trades between countries and so all Yggdrasil countries can have a more simplified economy. What we may use as the regional currency is yet to be decided and could be debated upon in another topic, I just wanted to see what other people felt on this issue.

I thought that the florin was intended to be our regional currency. Either way, it sounds like a useful device.

The Florin is actually the currency on the forums which has no current function yet but may become used for something later. Although the name, Florin, could be a possible name for the regional currency.

I am for a balanced and fair system of trade, but i believe this would bring forth a negative move for national soveirty. I believe a single currency standard may make since for a socialist society but as it stands each societies growth and poverty is justified by its own nomination. Which means strong standards go down and weak standards could go up. Which means it pulls the strong down and pulls the weaker up, struggling the system of balance within each seperate economical community. This reminds me of several other currency trends I have seen. I have seen the rich get richer and the middle class get seperated and the poor get poorer and get seperated creating a wider gap between all economic levels. We need to protect the Soveirty of equal but seperate.
